Takashi has over 25 years' experience within the aircraft leasing and financing industry with both ALM and its parent company Fuyo General Lease, where he has been involved in many JOLCO and sale and lease back aircraft financing deals.

He joined ALM from parent company Fuyo General Lease in 2014 as Director and Company Secretary.
