Steven Hayes

Head of Portfolio

Steven joined ALM in May 2025 as Portfolio Manager, having previously worked with Grant Thornton Aviation Advisory in Dublin.

A Chartered Accountant, Steven also gained experience in the aircraft leasing industry during his time at KPMG, working across aviation advisory and audit.

In his role as Head of Portfolio, Steven is responsible for the operational and financial oversight of ALM’s managed aircraft portfolio. His responsibilities include lease and technical asset management, maintenance forecasting, reporting, and transaction due diligence, as well as providing commercial and financial analysis to support portfolio strategy and decision making.

From September 2026, Steven was promoted to Head of Portfolio.
