Airworthiness Engineer

Shem joined ALM in 2019 as an Airworthiness Engineer after 5 years' experience gained working within the MRO and private jet sectors in similar roles.  ​

He holds a master's degree from Kingston University in Aerospace Engineering. At ALM, Shem is responsible for supporting the Head of Technical in all aspects of ALM's commercial aircraft portfolio management, supporting portfolio aircraft acquisition and trading coordination, perform ad-hoc technical projects as required and contribute to the continued development of ALM's technical capabilities.

ALM has added a new A320 to its managed portfolio. The aircraft was acquired by FGL in July upon delivery from Airbus and is subject to a lease to Peach Aviation. This brings the total to 10 aircraft leased to Peach Aviation.

ALM has added one new 777-300ER to its managed portfolio. The aircraft is under a JOLCO financing structure arranged by FGL in June. The aircraft will be operated by KLM.

ALM has added a new A320 to its managed portfolio. The aircraft was acquired by FGL in May upon delivery from Airbus and is subject to a lease to Peach Aviation. This brings the total to 9 aircraft leased to Peach Aviation.
