Shem joined ALM in 2019 as an Airworthiness Engineer after 5 years’ experience gained working within the MRO and private jet sectors in similar roles.
He holds a master’s degree from Kingston University in Aerospace Engineering. At ALM, Shem is responsible for supporting the Head of Technical in all aspects of ALM’s commercial aircraft portfolio management, supporting portfolio aircraft acquisition and trading coordination, perform ad-hoc technical projects as required and contribute to the continued development of ALM’s technical capabilities.
