Head of Technical

As Head of Technical, Leigh is an up to date holder of an EASA Part 66 B1 & C licence, previous EASA Form 4 post holder, with detailed working knowledge of Part M, Part 21 and Part 145 certification standards, coupled with a full and up to date understanding of UK CAA, EASA and FAA bi-lateral regulations. 

Leigh has over 25 years’ experience in both MRO facilities and commercial airlines as a licenced aircraft engineer and technical services manager. He joined ALM in 2015 as Technical Manager and was promoted to his current position in 2018.
