Aircraft Leasing & Management (“ALM”) has delivered a B737-800 on lease to Transavia France.

The aircraft was previously operated by SAS and has been leased to Transavia France by FGL Aircraft Ireland Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ALM’s parent company, Fuyo General Lease. The transaction is structured as an operating lease and closed at the beginning of March 2022.

ALM acted as transaction arranger on behalf of Fuyo and will be the lessor’s servicer for the duration of the Transavia France lease.

ALM manages a growing portfolio of A320 and B737 family aircraft for Fuyo General Lease and its subsidiary companies and is pleased to add Transavia France as a new lessee and further grow its relationship with the Air France-KLM Group through this transaction.

ALM currently manages an A319 leased to Air France and a B737-800 leased to Transavia in The Netherlands.
