Aircraft Leasing & Management (“ALM”) has arranged the lease of three A320-214 aircraft. Under this structure, the aircraft have been acquired from and leased back to Allegiant Air LLC by FGL Aircraft USA Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of ALM’s parent company, Fuyo General Lease. Allegiant maintains an option to purchase the aircraft at the end of the term for a specified amount. The transaction closed on 23 March 2021.

ALM acted as transaction arranger on behalf of Fuyo and will be the lessor’s servicer for the duration of the leases.

ALM manages a growing portfolio of A320 and B737 family aircraft for Fuyo General Lease and its subsidiary companies and is pleased to grow its relationship with Allegiant Air through this new transaction.
