Aircraft Leasing & Management (“ALM”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fuyo Lease Group (“Fuyo”) announced today the acquisition of two Airbus A320neo aircraft on lease to Mexican ULCC Volaris (“Volaris”). The aircraft bearing manufacturer serial numbers 10348 and 10454 were owned by third-party financial funds and serviced by US-based lessor Air Lease Corporation (“ALC”).

Richard Dudley-Cave, Head of Marketing ALM said: We are delighted to acquire these A320neo aircraft and are excited to add another established Mexican carrier to the portfolio. This transaction highlights Fuyo’s ability to execute on its strategy to acquire high demand, modern, fuel efficient narrow body aircraft.

ALM acted as transaction arranger on behalf of Fuyo and will be the lessor’s servicer for the duration of the Volaris leases.
