Steven Hayes

Portfolio Manager

Steven joined ALM in May 2025, having previously worked in lease management at Grant Thornton
in Dublin.

As a qualified accountant, Steven also gained further experience in the aircraft leasing industry
during his time at KPMG.

In his role as Portfolio Manager, Steven is responsible for the administration of ALM’s portfolio of
managed aircraft including the development of the Leasepoint asset management system.
