Hirotoshi joined ALM in 2018 after 8 years working experience with ALM's parent company Fuyo General Lease where he had been involved with aircraft finance including origination of JOLCOs and SLBs. His role includes day to day communication with Japanese investors and working with the team to develop relationships with airlines, lessors and other aviation investors.
