Nicola Plummer

Head of HR & Business Support

Nicola joined ALM in 2017 as PA to the Directors after gaining over 10 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant & Office Manager. 

In early 2021 she was promoted to the position of Office & HR Manager. Since returning from maternity leave in October 2022 Nicola has taken the position of Executive Assistant & HR Manager.

Within her role at ALM, Nicola is the primary HR contact and Data Protection Officer. She continues to support the Company Directors and works closely with the IT & Facilities Manager, Danielle Worthington and PA & Office Manager, Kellyann McGovern.

In September 2026, Nicola was promoted to Head of HR & Business Support.
