Executive Assistant & HR Manager

Nicola joined ALM in 2017 as PA to the Directors after gaining over 10 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant & Office Manager. 

In early 2021 she was promoted to the position of Office & HR Manager. Since returning from maternity leave in October 2022 Nicola has taken the position of Executive Assistant & HR Manager.

Within her role at ALM, Nicola is the primary HR contact and Data Protection Officer. She continues to support the Company Directors and works closely with the EA & Office Manager, Danielle Worthington and PA & Office Administrator, Kellyann McGovern.
